HOW WE WORK

Our Process

Complete our questionnaire below. This helps us understand your property, goals, and timeline — and confirms we're the right fit for each other.

A site visit is required before final pricing. A travel fee of $45+ applies — covering our team's time to assess your space and build your custom staging plan.

You receive a tailored staging proposal. A signed contract and full payment are required to reserve your installation date. No date is held without both.

Our team arrives fully prepared. Furniture, textiles, art, and accessories — every room staged and photo-ready from day one.

All staging includes a two-month minimum. Our inventory stays on-site and we remain your partners throughout.

Once sold, we return to remove all inventory and complete a final walkthrough. Clean, professional, and on schedule.

What You Need to Know

No surprises. No fine print. These are our standard policies — please read before booking.

All staging services require a minimum two-month commitment so your property has adequate time to show and sell at its best.

Payment is due in full before your installation date is confirmed. We do not begin work without payment and a signed contract on file.

A contract must be signed to book any service. This protects both parties and ensures clarity on scope, timeline, and expectations.

Travel fees may apply based on location and are disclosed upfront. We serve CA, Los Angeles, Orange County, and select surrounding areas.

Agents and developers who work with us regularly receive priority scheduling, preferred rates, and co-branded advertising at every property. Ask about our VIP program.

Good To Great signage is displayed at all staged properties for the full duration of the engagement. This is standard for all clients.
