Our Process

For best results, we recommend scheduling an in-home consultation to assess your space and discuss your space planning. This is your opportunity to share feedback, voice concerns, or walk through your project with us—or let our team handle the planning for you.

Consultation: 30–45+ minutes

Local visits: $40–$75+ (covers travel, gas, and our team's evaluation time)
Larger projects, new construction, or luxury properties: Starting at $145

After the walk-through you will receive a staging estimate. Once you decide to move forward, we provide a detailed invoice of exactly what will be included — only at that time. No date is held without a signed contract and payment confirmed. To lock in your price and availability, please review the terms carefully. Prices are subject to change if the package is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our team arrives fully prepared. Furniture, textiles, art, and accessories — every room staged and photo-ready from day one.

Staging typically begins within 3–5 days of contract execution. All staging engagements include a two-month minimum commitment. Our furnishings remain on-site throughout, and we serve as your dedicated partners in the process. Our branding and advertising materials must be displayed at the property at all times.

VIP clients enjoy an additional 7 days of staging at no extra charge. Please refer to your contract for specific dates and terms.

Once your property sells, please give us 72 hours' notice. We have up to 72 hours to complete the de-stage once confirmed. A final walk-through is completed before we leave. Furniture is available for sale.

We do not offer free on-site quotes. A travel fee of $45 or more applies to all site visits. This covers the 2–3 hours our team invests evaluating your property and building your custom plan. It protects our time — and confirms you're serious about yours. This fee may be credited toward your package.

What You Need to Know

No surprises. No fine print. These are our standard policies — please read before booking.

All staging services require a minimum two-month commitment so your property has adequate time to show and sell at its best. We can also quote you for a third month. Please note that we do not offer individual room staging services.

Payment is due in full before your installation date is confirmed. We do not begin work without payment and a signed contract on file. Check must clear before work starts — not at end of escrow staging. You can request a credit application. Call us for more information.

A contract must be signed to book any service. This protects both parties and ensures clarity on scope, timeline, and expectations. Once signed, you have agreed to the terms outlined.

Travel fees may apply based on location and are disclosed upfront. We serve CA, Los Angeles, Orange County, and select surrounding areas.

Agents and developers who work with us regularly receive priority scheduling, preferred rates, and co-branded advertising at every property. Ask about our VIP program.

When you partner with us, you gain access to priority consultations, exclusive style guidance, product upgrades, and flexible scheduling tailored to your timeline. We feature your listings across our platforms and showcase your projects to our network of design professionals and clients.

Good To Great signage is displayed at all staged properties for the full duration of the engagement. This is standard for all clients. VIP clients receive complimentary extra days—typically 7 to 10 additional days at no cost—plus priority upgrades when needed or available.
